Message	I was speaking in general. I've seen a number of people interviewed on radio and tv who just saw the opportunity to "get a new car". I don't think they really gave a rats' puttune about the environment or fuel savings, etc. - it was just, "hey I can get a new car and the government is going to help me do it". There were people upset because some of the changes made last week eliminated their vehicles. Somehow I really didn't get the impression that the good of the nation was the reason for their distress.
